Cheeseburger (in paradise) with tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, ketchup, bacon & Cabot's cheddar cheese cooked on my grille with a side of potato salad and a Clausthaler.

* * * BBQ alert * * * Attention Red River Patrol: Bad to the Bone in Scottsdale!!! The same outfit from JimmyM's home town of San Juan Capistrano that has been the site of several Poconut gatherings for birthdays and Coach House shows (NEVER eat at the Coach House!) has opened in Scottsdale. Boy, are YOU lucky!!! Maybe you've already been bibbed at the Bone? (Don't ask me...ask Robin!) Bon(e) appétit! http://badtothebone-bbq.com/2009/scottsdale_restaurant

They also have Capistrano Brewey beer on tap. The BBQ at this place is still about the best I have ever had! I love it!

Prawns with a med/hot red curry sauce over rice along with a medley of vegetables in a yellow curry sauce..Yummm!. Thanks to studiogirl for the recipe. Now the only thing missing for dessert is the camaraderie of fellow Poconuts to share some fine wine and stories with...

Ohhhh, I LOVE tomato sammiches, yum! I just finished an orange/apple/banana smoothie. Trying to eat better in my old age - the pizza, beer & chocolate diet doesn't seem to work as well as it used to.
