Monterey CA Show 07/11/09

Only about a week and a half. Who's going?

Guess we'll be the only ones there. I've always wondered what a "private" concert would feel like... :shock:

Well, the Fab Four will be there, and you never know about MsUp (she pops up in the darndest of places).

i would love to be there. too much going on. friends visiting, family reunion, other stuff. i've seen poco 6 times this year, and would love to be there, but it just is not feasible. would love to see paul's new falcon. don't see any california activity after monterey. the jackpot, nevada shows look fun. i have much family in southern idaho, may be worth the trek. jackpot used to be on the edges of nowhere. roadtrip?!
out in the great mojave, there's a city that i know
with a truckstop, a dairy queen, and a recording studio.

Re: the Jackpot shows. I would love to make those shows as they are close to my birthday, however I am faced with a dilemma. Richie Furay and band play So. Cal on 10/15 & 10/16 and by then I will have seen Poco 3 times (so far) this year... What to do, what to do...

Sadly count me out, thought I was going but seeing a surgeon this afternoon and possibly gallbladder surgery thursday or friday, sorry to highjack the thread with this one
