Thanks guys, will be having the surgery on Friday at noon at Dominican, they say it will be outpatient as long as everything goes okay, now why do they have to say that
Pretending to be a normal person day-to-day is exhausting.

That really blows, girl. Can't you go, to Poco, anyway, 'with' the belly ache ? I have a friend that had her gal bladder out and went home the same day (man you use to be able to count on a nice rest, when you got cut, but nooooo - it's 'here's your hat, what's your hurry' & GET OUT !).... Good luck, I'll be thinkin' of you (by the way, they always say 'if everything goes okay' just in case they can't do the quickie version. Not to worry, kiddo.

Well they did the surgery on Friday, was scheduled to have it at noon, but they called me early to say they had a cancellation and they wanted me in earlier, was back at the house around 5:30 that afternoon. Feels like I've done 100 situps, (remind me to never do that many). Anywho, actually feeling okay, sore, but okay, and didn't order tickets, so not able to go. Maybe if I close my eyes and listen real close I can hear them playing and the plowhorses giggling for me.

Hey Skirt! I'm glad to hear you are doing okay. So you stayed in Santa Cruz? I thought you were going to be "Ms.MountainSkirt" by now! Stay cool on the coast, girl! Mark
