catching up

Postby RedDirtRog » Fri Jul 17, 2009 6:11 am

I guess i've got a lot of catching up to do, have'nt been able to connect to the internet for 3 weeks, even my computer genius son could,nt fix the problem. So i've now switched supplier to Sky broadband/wireless, everything seems to be working fine. It's great once more to be able to check out what's happening on the new music front (and what's happening in Pocoland of course).
Do you know the very first thing i came across was a lone star newsletter with news of a new Mike McClure Band album "Onion" and a new Cross Canadian Ragweed album "Happiness and All Other Things", and that's not all, just check out these upcoming Texas releases....
Radney Foster - Revival 9/1
Guy Clark - Somedays the Song Writes You, 9/22, great title
Chris Knight - Trailer Tapes 2, 9/15
Jack Ingram - Big Dreams and High Hopes 8/25
Johnny Cooper - Follow 8/11
Delbert McClinton - Aquired Taste 8/18
Bottle Rockets - Lean Forward 8/11
Jason Eady - When the Money's all Gone 9/8

It's all happening in Texas, :D, think i'm gonna enjoy catching up in the next few weeks :)
Well the music pours out on the street
Just as clean and cool as a cotton sheet

Country Rock, it's timeless
it's song will never ever age
Country Rock, it's in my bones
and they'll be singing along in my grave
