Man the weather here this week has been absolutely terrible and today we must have had 50 showers, crazy rotten weather.Same thing happened at this time last year.The Royal International air show was on over this weekend and last year it was cancelled due to the runway being waterlogged at RAF Fairford where it is held every year.Global warming, carbon footprints, oh yeah never heard so much crap.oh wait a minute the sun has just come out, had better put the rubbish out before it starts pouring again.

I don't know the answer! I have wondered about it since the site came online. If I put an emoticon in the middle of a line within a paragraph, it acts as a carrier return, forcing the text coming after it onto a new line. If I put it at the end of a single line of text, it displays at the beginning. Also, if I use the [img] function in the middle of a paragraph, it also forces the succeeding text to start on the next line.

Don't know why this is. On Richie's board, which is the same phpBB system...the emoticons display correctly, no matter whether they're placed.

So far the storms have been all around the metro area, but we've been getting constant winds and dust storms. Went to see "Wicked" last night and got a mouthful of dirt walking from the car into the theater.

I think the "heat island" is keeping the storms at bay.

As for "Wicked"... I HIGHLY recommend you see it if it comes to town.

Rained solid here all of friday and well into saturday morning. The nursery was a swamp once more. Dried up a bit over the weekend, but it's just so darned cold for the time of year.
