Orlando Show- poconut roll call

Postby dennis0226 » Mon Jul 20, 2009 12:42 am

The Plaza looks like it slowly filling up, especially the middle section. I'll be there, section 3, row c ( 2nd row) 9-13 seats, on the inner aisle. i'll say sorry now to those behind me cause i'll be up alot and dancing in the aisle. I know lumpy may make it, jim ohara and a few others. 2 weeks, can't wait...

4 days, almost a sell out. local radio really have been promoting it. Several friends have asked me, hey that 70's band you love are playing in Orlando. My response was, really now, oh i got 2nd row seats. 4 days. :o

Glad to hear this show will be a sell-out. Local radio, doin' it's job, can make or break an area show. MsUp is taking a well needed rest, but I will be there in spirit. I'll miss hanging with you and your gorgeous offspring, Dennis.
Florida nuts, y'all have a blast !

I helped my Brother In Law do a tree job in that area today. We had lunch at the Beefy King on Bumby directly across from the Plaza Theater. I looked around as we drove through. There is a Smoky Bones on Colonial Drive about half mile east of the Colonial Plaza. I didn't see much else that sold food & spirits but we only went as far as Bennett Road. The Bennigans & Pizza Uno in front of the executive Airport are closed up.
Looking forward to Sunday night !!! It's been a while since I've seen them live.
Hope to get to meet some new Poconuts there.

What do you think Dennis that Smokie bones place sounds like a winner. Guess we wont get to Msup this time but im loking forward to the evening with poco and PPl . I wonder who will play first i hope its PPl that way Poco should have a little more time on stage but either way it should be a really fun night see you there
