I'm the kind of person who sings along with the song regardless, if it's a favorite.
I can't wait for them to play, "Won't Get Fooled Again" one day.....

Yep. About 80 miles north of Charlotte.

That's got to be the winner here! Wow!

yeah, I don't expect to hear SHF out in public....just because they didn't stay on the popular radar for long and it's been so long ago...
I must go back and ask what radio program they have going on in that store....

Great experience isn't !!!??? I'll stand there and sing sometimes right along with the music....it just stirrs those emotions and my heart. POCONUTS all know that feeling so well. My Mom is with me quite a bit and I always point them out when I hear our BOYS playing a tune. It's happened in Ruby Tuesday's too during our lunch !! :D

POCO ROCKS!!

Since this thread began I've tried to think of which unexpected songs I have heard in stores, ya' know, off their Musak.
I heard the Byrds, "The World Turns Around Her" which I sang halfway through before I realized where I was hearing the song. I've heard, "Mr. Bojangles". I recall hearing an Alice Cooper but I can't recall which one. Perhaps, "No More Mr. Nice Guy". And, "Third Time Lucky" by Foghat!!!!!!!

I'm hearing better and better music in stores now.... No more Tony Bennett, Pat Boone, or Sinatra and Dean Martin...(although they are great singers). But how great to hear Jackson Browne, Poco, eagles, even the Bryds last week. Makes my shopping list longer too! ;)
