A great loss for Canada

I know this is not a political fourm but I wanted to share this. Today Aug 22 Canada lost a great man to cancer. Jack Layton was leader of the federal NDP and official opposition leader. This past weekend Jack knew the end was near and wrote a letter to all Canadians. Jack was loved by everyone of all political views. His letter was honest and open, google it if you like, it's worth the read. I would like to share with everyone one Jacks closing words.

"My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world."
