Kind Woman would be cool because from Richie's songbook we could all work from the same basic song structure.

I have a couple of weeks where I'm probably going to be out of the recording mode. In fact, I've recorded Bad Weather and don't even have a chance to edit and put it up on YouTube!

I still want to rerecord with a capo. Its definitely the wrong key for me.

Anyway, "Kind Woman" is one I have played before. It shouldn't be that hard to relearn. I'd like to learn "Heart Of The Night". Not my favorite lyrics, but I want to know the chord structure. I think it would be fun to play. Its one of those I could really sink my teeth into!
Navy Hymn- O Trinity of love and power!
Our brethren shield in danger's hour;
From rock and tempest, fire and foe,
Protect them wheresoe'er they go.

Hey, Studiogirl was kind enough to send me a chart for "Heart Of The Night". I wanted to share with anyone else who could use it:

I just bought a bass and I'm teaching myself how to play it. It's a lot of fun. I've recorded the basic tracks to Bad Weather and my goal is to add a bass part. Not a lot of time here either but I'll have something before August is over.

Oh no, the secret's out...all the guitar players are wanna play bass now....LOL

Alex, if you want some charts and tabs, I have both for a number of songs. I can scan them and email them.

I've got a bass part recorded, but I can't quite match it up. I guess I need to try a different method of merging them. I'll keep at at.

LOL...Just wait until you try to play a regular six-string after a few hours on bass! And the frets are closer together!

By the time we have the hoedown at the end of March, you'll be rockin' on bass!!
