Who says you can't fight the big corporations & win? This guy from down east (Nova Scotia) was travelling United Airlines with his band & they broke his $3500.00 guitar. After 9 months of dealing with them & finally being told that they were not going to reimburse him for anything, he told them he was going to write a song about his dealings with them & put it on You Tube. It has had over 2 million hits already & guess what? United has actually phoned him now & they're ready to talk $$$$! Ha, ha! Way to go guy, way to go! He seems like such a nice guy & didn't get nasty but he sure got his point across.

Sometimes airline personnel are extremely accomodating, even caring. Unfortunately, sometimes the "front office" can be obstinate for no good reason.

Glad to read this guy is finally getting some satisfaction.
