For Brian Wilson fans

Just finished watching the DVD "Brain Wilson - Songwriter: 1969-1982" the second in a series. The first release dealt with the years 1962-1969 and while one of the better releases about Wilson, tells the same story that's been out for many years.

However it's this second release that really shines. It covers in depth a time period one never hears much about, including such projects as "20/20", "Sunflower", "American Spring", "15 Big Ones" and the always overlooked masterpiece "Beach Boys Love You". A lot of new information here I'd never heard before and some revealing interviews with friends and associates. Even includes details of the unfinished 1970 solo country album ""Cows Come Home To Pasture".

(Note: for those with Netflix, this DVD just recently became available there.)
"Don't Stop The Carnival." (You've got to play by Kinja rules.)
