Poconut

Got this new CD in the mail the other day and thoroughly enjoying it. An extremely nice blend of rocking country, bluegrass, and folk written and performed by the highly acclaimed and Juno Award winning "The Sadies" (Dallas and Travis Good and their rhythm section) and 2/3 of the Canadian Country Hall of Famers "The Good Brothers" (Bruce and Larry Good). Plus Margaret Good (wife of Bruce and mother of Travis and Dallas) and D'Arcy Good (daughter of Brian Good - the absent Good Brother). A couple of the songs were written or co-written by Greg Keelor of Blue Rodeo and the mixing was done by Michael Timmins of Cowboy Junkies. Ten songs, 30 mins. and selling for $13. The below review is a pretty good read.
