Non Alcoholic Becks RIP

Sad news for all you Hoedowners out there.

Karla reports that the world's most famous bottle of non-alcoholic Becks is sadly no longer with us. Apparantly it exploded in her fridge !

Contributions are being sought for a fund to create a replica for eventual display in the Downtown Loveland Historic Museum ! :D

That is precisely the point.
And also the reason why it never got drunk !

It was a poignant reminder of one of the more odscure episodes in the history of the JimmyM Blues Band ...

That would be interesting...a drunk nonalcoholic beer (interesting syntax in English sometimes).

As far as the JimmyM Blues Band goes, I think most of the episodes are obscure...LOL Although his devoted fans do their best to make them more widely known. (It's a shame the Ludlow Chamber of Commerce doesn't provide more assistance in publicizing the adventures of the JimmyM Blues Band.)

I think it's because Jimmy originally came from Zyzyxx and so they don't regard him as a true "Ludlite" !

Jimmy is not originally from Zzyxx. In fact, no one actually knows where he's from (including Jimmy). As for me, I'd rather be a Ludlite than drink a Budlite...and I'm sure you feel the same way!!

i was introduced to becks non-alcoholic beer at one of the hoe downs. it goes down easy. it is a perfect compliment for jilbertos tacos or burritos, not to mention chimichangas, or chiliquilas. jilbertos has named their chimichangas: jimmychangas after jimmym, he is a hero in borrego springs, zzyzyx, ludlow, barstow, and slab city.
-
becks non-alcoholic also goes well with a carlee's burger. word is, the mercado in borrego will be well-stocked with kegs of becks non-alcoholic for the hoe down. martin let us know if you will be attending next year, we will order several extra kegs.
out in the great mojave, there's a city that i know
with a truckstop, a dairy queen, and a recording studio.
-
if you drive all night in the pale moonlight, this road will take you home.
oh ludlow, i'm comin' home to you.
