Man I cant afford to drink in a pub,I get it in the supermarket and drink at home. Then when I've had enough I can fall into bed and sleep it off.

I'd guess
"Last Call"
"Honky Tonk Downstairs"
"Shaky Ground"
"You Better Think Twice" (as last call approaches)
"I'll be Back Again" (after last call)
"Don't Stop The Carnival." (You've got to play by Kinja rules.)

Well it does say a lot when 50 pubs a week are closing down.Fact of life, that culture is all but gone now. They stopped smoking in pubs and you cant drink and drive so people drink at home.

Yes, but they are either

1) cr*p pubs selling fake beer
2) owned by one of the Megapubcos, who have tried to squeeze too much out of the licensee

Why don't you take it over and run it yourself Roger ? :D

Consider this
1) more financially rewarding than running a plant nursery
2) not such hard work as felling trees
3) better food than Wetherspoons !

plus Poco on the jukebox every day !

PS only joking ;)
