Looking for Joe Blilek(?) from Chicago

Hi Poconuts. I hope you don't mind me using this forum to search for a guy I met (only) on the internet about 10-12 years ago. His name was, I believe, Joe Blilek or something similar. He was a huge Poco fan, and he was a great person from whom to get info about the group. He was also, per a video he sent me, a guitarist in a pretty hot band that did smoking Allman Bros. covers. We corresponded for a few years, then a few moves, a few crashed computers and several neck fusions later I lost contact info for him. I was wondering if anyone out there knew him and/or knows of his current whereabouts. A terrific guy who also had--I never heard it but have no reason to believe he'd misrepresent himself--a primitive recording of Illinois Speed Press at a mall before they made their first album. Any input would be appreciated, and thanks for letting me use this forum.
