Tom Hampton CD Release Concert Solo

Just got back to the hotel from a great show.

I've seen Tom mostly backing up other people (although I have seen him solo before this ) tonight he was on his on. He did do one song with his daughter, Jayda, singing along. She had opened the show with her duo and did a fine job there as well.

Tom did a great mix of songs by many of his favorite artists- 2 by Jesse Winchester, J. D. Malone, Jackson Browne, Craig Bickhardt to name a few. He was very talkative between the tunes as well including his story about playing a Poco tune in Nashville with Rusty Young and George Grantham in attendance.

Great show and I'm really looking forward to Sunday when we get the full band shoe with many of his friends on stage with him.
