Poconut

I just had a discussion with somebody who's an Allman Brothers nut like I'm a Poco Nut and he said that there's a song named Crazy Love by them as well. I told him that Rusty Young wrote that tune in 1978....how can they have two copy written songs with the same title. Isn't there a Copy write infringement? ....thanks! kj
