2017 meant that final end of the USA as a superpower. The social drawbacks, the enormous differences between poor and richly, an extremist polarizing and corrupt policy as well as the handling of global responsibility leads to the fact that the enormous country cannot be governed any longer. -Nostradamus (1503-1566) Nostradamus on the 45th president of the US: "Except a debt nothing will be forgiven" Also in 2017: Rise of China as the worlds only superpower, financial breakdown of Italy, Fall of the North Korean Leader In German: http://www.nostradamus-2017.de

I'm not buying any of this. Pure bunk! We survived an attempt at Constitutional anarchy by Richard Nixon, we will survive Bozo the Trump!

Paul VI died in 1978--but all of us are doomed to die. The 1981 assasination attempt on John Paul II didn't succeed. He died in 2005.
Lots of cities in this era, and others, have had walls come down, both physical walls and metaphorical walls. And as we are doomed to die, walls are doomed to fall.
Nostradamus might have had visions. But the odds that they were divinely inspired are less likely than the odds that he had a bad mushroom in his dinner.

It has been predicted by some that I am likely to die in a drunken stupor crossing against a traffic light and meeting up with the grill of a Chicago Transit Authority bus. I put much more faith in that prediction than any made by Nostradamus or any other entertainer.

I think the prediction is that you will die in a restaurant grill when a CTA bus runs a traffic light, crashes through the restaurant wall, and slams into our table.
I will be the one in a drunken stupor who walks out of the grill with nary a scratch.

Although our racist, anti Semitic sexual predator President elect just hired an anti Semitic, Nazi loving Chief of Staff so maybe this Nostradamus is correct after all.

My experience has been that bosses tend to hire people who:
1. they like, AND
2. think like the boss, especially on the major challenges facing the organization, AND
3. have the right "pedigree" (i.e., went to the right schools, have relevant education and/or experience.)
In other words, you can learn a lot about the boss by looking at who gets hired.

I keep singing aloud a song i learned in church, "Let there be PEACE on Earth & let it begin with me" if i get tired of saying 'PEACE'. i replace it with many other words: LOVE KINDNESS PATIENCE TOLERANCE HOPE FAITH FORGIVENESS TRUST HAPPINESS JOY
