Marijuana in Massachusetts

Smoking Marijuana became legal in Massachusetts at 12:01 this morning. After the national election results on November 8th legal pot may be needed for the next 4 years. Getting high at home is a lot safer and cheaper than gambling away your children's college fund at the local casino.

Good for you Massachusetts. Once the stores open they can begin to add in all that additional revenue. A lesson for many states.

I can see some road trips from Albany NY to the Berkshires in my future.

Combined with some healthy hiking and dining.

And (to keep on topic) Poco blasting thru the car speakers.

I'm glad that more states are becoming realistic about this subject.

Unfortunately I already take so many legal drugs I'm a bit reluctant to add this one - I no longer drink as much for the same reason.

In addition it won't be legal in NJ until at least 2018 due to our current Governor. :D

I'm not familiar with the MA law.
What did MA do in the way of vendors/dispensaries?

I fully expect jack-booted federal thugs to start kicking down doors in CO and elsewhere come Jan 21.

Jeff Sessions has already been quoted as saying, "People who smoke marijuana are not good people."

I'm sure he didn't mean it. He probably was high when he said it...

How much pot are you allowed to grow?
