Heard Midnight Flyer today and it struck me that this Eagles track sounded a lot like POCO for the obvious reasons. We've all heard the comparisons and how our NUTS set it up so well for the smooth rockers from California.

Question is: What other Eagles songs are most POCOesque in your opinion???

Not exactly an Eagles song although they did record it, Paul Carrack and Jim Capaldi’s “Love Will Keep Us Alive.”

although different in theme/mood, I've always thought Bad Weather and Peaceful Easy Feeling have a similar vibe

True. Had Poco recorded "Peaceful Easy Feeling", Rusty's pedal steel would have likely replaced Bernie Leadon's B-Bender.

When visiting music row in Nashville back in '98, I saw a bar band covering "Take It Easy" using pedal steel during the lead break -- it sounded great!

Hmmm..... A Poco album of all Eagles covers..... Just sayin', boys.....
