I know those of who still frequent our old discussion forum here don't do Facebook. But, if you have an account, you should be able to view this.

Rusty's Mom passed away. He announced it on his FB page. He said:

At home, playing Magnolia this morning when the phone rang; it was my sister Cori calling to tell me that our Mom had just passed away. Seemed full circle, it was Mom who drove me to steel guitar lessons every week when I was six years old. Mom would be 96 on June 26, 2018

Many condolences were posted, which can be viewed here:

He has a beautiful solo steel guitar clip of Magnolia. To see the comments, click on "comment" after going to the link above. You can see the discussion there.

Its been almost two years, (May 5th), when I lost my mom. She was close to 98. The greatest generation is slipping away. My condolences and heart go out to Rusty at this painful time. Still, her life is one to celebrate. Judging from the man she raised, she done real good.

Dolores, Jada and I wish Rusty and family, and extended family our condolences.

It is just over a year since I lost my mother, it is not easy to lose a parent, my mother was over 90 and we all expected her death to come, but it was still quite a shock.

It was great to see her in the audience, with the rest of us, enjoying Poco in concert at Hudson Gardens (Denver, not too far from her home) a few years ago. A huge fan, beaming with pride in her smile!
