Tongue in cheek I posed this question - Reason for website? And I am finally seeing some action akin to the past. Still only like parts of the new site but change is good, I guess.

LOL, Tim...that's hilarious!! As far as this forum goes, and why it exists...I find it much more interesting than the random messages on the message board. THIS forum is the community as far as I'm concerned. And the fact that there are several Poco pages and many fans on Facebook does not mean this forum shouldn't exist. I may not post often, but I check it every day or so.

I check out this site on a daily basis, there are interesting comments and some are very funny. I do not use FB as I've heard about the trolls I think they call them and I do not want to get involved with all that. It's a pity we still get the odd idiot on here who want's to insult folks for no reason and then run back to FB, take note Jack Tar you don't fool me.

I've been on Facebook for 9 or 10 years and have yet to encounter any trolls. It's a good way for me to keep up with others, especially those who are not Poconuts and not on this (or any other forum). In fact, in the past few weeks, my lifelong friend in Chicago finally jumped into the pool, and it's is so wonderful to connect multiple times a week -- with comments, photos, family news -- in addition to our two birthday phone conversations every year. Additionally, I've been able to reconnect/stay in touch with childhood, junior and senior high school friends, and former roommates from the past 50-60 (yes...FIFTY-SIXTY) years; people I might never have seen or heard from again. However, I understand that Facebook is not for everybody.... But it works for me.

Oh, Rog, I didn't mean to "tell" you!! But...I did mean to let you know Facebook is not like a bridge in Norway with trolls hiding underneath.... Would be very cool if you decide to take a chance and sign up.

Rusty, I'm pretty sure we are all here, there, and everywhere.
