"Yacht Rock"

Channel 311 on SiriusXM.

Poco's version of "Barbados" gets a decent amount of airplay.

The entire When The Coast Is Clear CD also deserves some airtime, in my humble opinion.

Great to have satellite radio tuned to one channel (only) and hear Poco, Firefall, Ambrosia, Christopher Cross, America, Crosby Stills & Nash, Doobie Brothers, Bread, etc. etc. etc. Even though I already own CD copies of _all_ of their music, still.....

Was just listening to a 1986 Poco show in Philadelphia where they performed "Barbados" I always liked their live version of "Barbados" from that time, Rusty made the steel guitar sound like steel drums. Had almost forgotten about it.
"Don't Stop The Carnival." (You've got to play by Kinja rules.)

I too have heard that concert -- that show's version of "Heart Of The Night" featured a string-synthesizer sound during the third verse -- a nice listen! I wish the video were available so that could figure out what and who was producing that keyboard sound.
