 RIP Farah Fawcett
Looks like her story will be pushed to page 5, as Michael's sudden death takes the front cover of every publication, around the globe.

Never a fan and I never watched anything in which she appeared but she was a very pretty girl and showed a lot of courage during the length of her illness.
Comments from people who knew her personally are always very positive and paint a portrait of a decent, down-to-earth person.
Although her passing was inevitable, I was saddened to learn of her death.

A genuine American icon who died with dignity.

That was my second thought after hearing the "breaking news" at 12:45 or so...that there were "uncomnfirmed rumors" that MJ had been taken to the hospital.

I find it more graceful and less tawdry than having everything plastered above the fold across the front page. So far as I can recall, she never harmed anyone, wasn't particularly scandalous, didn't raise many eyebrows, and she did abused women everywhere a great service with her roles in "The Burning Bed" and "Extremities". I'm pretty sure she will in fact rest in peace.

Rest in Peace Farrah. She was a respected woman.
