Discuss the band.

I just learned on Facebook that Naomi has passed away.
She was by far the biggest and best Poco fan of all. I can still remember her carrying her Poco flag and gathering signatures to get Poco inducted into the R&RHOF in Albany, NY and a number of other shows.
The Pink Plaid Poconut From Pennsylvania will be missed and long remembered as a sweet person who never had a bad word to say about anybody.

Oh my goodness! I knew she was ill but didn't know it was at this level. I'll never forget the time I got to visit her home back in 2004 and see so many different pink things, Poco things, and pink Poco things! I sat beside her at several Poco concerts during the 2004-07 era. Definitely was one of the most loyal and devoted Poco fans for sure. Sending warm vibes out to her family, friends, and all of the Poco-fan community, and the band.

Here's a link to Naomi's obituary- no big surprise but Poco ( and in particular Mary & Rusty) are integral to it. http://tinyurl.com/yabwjfvhI intend to be there. Dennis

Mary here (i lost my pw, that's why i've been going on the site as Rusty) Thank you, Dennis, for finding the link to Naomi's obituary and thank you so much for planning to attend her service. Please bring the love of all us Poconuts with you! Poco friends, please write a note in Naomi's guest book on the ob link. That way her Mom- Ursula will see all the love we had for PINKY.

So very sad to learn of her passing. She was one of a kind and will always be a part of this site.
