Not kidding. Didn't realize I had it until my son was diagnosed with it when he was young. It explained a lot of my life when I figured it out. Actually I just have ADD, not the hyper part.

I wouldn't be surprised, as a result of the omnipresence of technology in our culture and the constant fragmentation of information, that we all have some form of ADD. There is little encouragement to focus on anything anymore. My son had it and it seemed to clear up when he was on Ritalin in College. Oh, hell. I forget what my point was....

hey, ain't no shame in it... just among the poconuts, i've got it pretty severely (diagnosed at age 11), and one of my closest friends has a fairly heavy dose of ADHD. somehow we get along and do just fine!!!
